Contacted ClnandClr regarding some issues I was having with crippling PIP(when I usually never have any issues) and he got back to me right away. I offered to return all of my unopened vials to a location of his choosing but he took me for my word and told me I would be sent replacements on all vials due to a solvent mistake causing the PIP issues. Not only did he stay true to his word, he also included the sexy JUG you see as the centerpiece of my pics! First time ever receiving a jug from any source and I must say that it is rather impressive. But what's all the more impressive was that Cln felt compelled to take care of me in such a huge way. He could have called bullshit, or scammer on me but he didn't. I just thought he deserved a crazy huge shout out for the insane customer service he has exhibited and the professionalism he has handled my concern with.
