This is my 7th day back in the weight room after a break. During my time off I was doing 700 push-ups a week, different variations of band arm curls (Bi's and Tri's), Box jumps for my legs and calfs. Back and core exercises. I'm definitely jumping higher than I've jumped before. I test on a standard 10 feet basketball rim. I can dunk now without a running start, standing directly under the rim and just exploding upward.

Thanks man! 140 push-ups Mon-Fri about 5 sets. When I'm doing push-ups my feet are on a 3 feet box to slightly increase difficulty.
