Nutrition bro. Macro/micro nutrients. Build a solid foundation first. You have a great start but at 140lbs you should pack on some more weight first. I went from 125lbs to 170lbs without gear. Now I have a small frame so I carry it looking heavier. Eat eat eat eat.
Ground beef, mixed vegetables with brown rice made in bulk, tupperwared and eaten through out the day helped me grow.
Thinking about test. I got all jumpy and bought 250ml test E/150ml tren. with out doing research at first.Did a little research and decided i shouldn't touch the tren....
