Killing it big guy! I need more accountability in my life. To be transparent I skipped cardio last week but I started back up today. And side note, when you gents post pics it makes me look like a child. It hurts my ego lol

I feel like that SLU/MB protocol you mentioned recently has really helped carve you up. Midsection and love handles looking much better AND mass is retained/more grainy.
