Hello,
To be honest i dont know this guy but ....

" I want to take the time to thank the members here that keep me motivated with all member with all the people mentioned in the list "

That's for me :
1) This guy @anvil has a lot of recognition especially in glass the people who helped him greatly.

2) Taking the time to show appreciation proves on the one hand that this person has had a good education and that they must have a very good mentality.

3) If in everyday life I do my best to move forward despite recent events (or theoretically I could have died from them) it is because I know that there are still good people on this earth.

4) @anvil Whatever you experience throughout your life, don't change it, because gratitude is one of the greatest qualities....

Take Care

Looking fucking solid! Awesome motivation, my man. I'm about to be 46. This is the motivation I need. Thanks so much for posting. Hope the coming years brings many wonderful things.

Thank you , go get it brother!

Pandateston's picture

Dude, you look great. More dense, conditioned/leaner, and vascularized than your last photo from last year. I really liked that V taper. Great evolution right there. I have no doubt that the IGF1, DHB and other little things are right there, BUT, there is no arguing against facts and photos. You definitely live the lifestyle; doing the work that needs to be done. This post of yours is simple, but at the same time, very inspiring. 49 God Bless You, keep crushing and surprising!!

Where's Ross been??
@Rosschestzip ??

Rosschestzip's picture

He’s being a piece of shit, not working out, came off all gear, being lazy, eating garbage and that’s about it. Other than that he’s fine

But in all seriousness idk what to do, I had the seizure because I took xanex for like 3-4 weeks and then stopped. Which is crazy and means I’m like super duper sensitive to that shit I guess but now I’m super nervous and haven’t stopped taking them, I’ve been taking very small amounts to just keep the seizures away but I’m also extending the time I’ve been on them. Like now when I stop I’ll have been taking them for like two months instead of one, so I’m just stuck between a rock and a hard place.

If I wasn’t alone so much I wouldn’t care so much but I’m with my kids alone everyday and also just by myself a lot too. My kids would be fucking traumatized so bad if I had a seizure in front of them alone and there was no other adult there. That would so scary for them, I can’t even imagine how terrified they’d be. So ya if I was with someone 24/7 or in a facility or some shit I wouldn’t care as much. If I could find the right type of benzo like Ativan or Valium or even kpins, then I’d be better off instead of using xanex , but I could probably come off in like a week or so.

Anyways I should have it figured out soon hopefully, I gotta get back to where I was and back in the gym and everything . I feel like shit, I look like shit and my quality of life is shit, so it’s time to change and get back at it.

Thanks for checking in on me, I’m still alive and kicking, and I'll keep you guys posted and I’ll be back on here like before once I’m back in the gym and doing everything right

I was addicted to Xanax from 18 to about 22 and when I met my now wife I attempted to quit cold turkey and failed multiple times due to the same issues your experiencing and it was the hardest 18 months. I was also addicted to opiates and nothing was harder than quitting benzos. During the process I had 3 seizures the first one being the scariest as my now wife had never experienced something like that and I woke up in an ambulance with no insurance at the time and I still haven’t payed them lol. I had no idea it could kill me and didn’t know anything about weaning off, it was a scary experience. I’m sorry you’re going through this only using small doses, the issue is when you come off GABA in your brain crashes which is linked to seizures and depression etc. I also had tremors for years so I looked like a crazy person. What your experiencing is normal but get off that shit asap and look into GABA supplementation and make sure you have someone to help you through this.

anvil's picture

Well stop hijacking my post and tell me how fat and small i am !! LMAO

anvil's picture

And @Rosschestzip knows I am a mention away if needs anything! You missed it , my little buddy that 16 yo kid got another account and teamed up with a "veteran member" here to come at me hard. LMAO !!!! OMG

Rosschestzip's picture

Thanks bud, I know it! And I bet I can guess that veteran member lol. And that’s wild how he says that this is how you looked at 16 lol if you’ve looked the way you do now, In high school then I’m very jealous lmao. I wonder if he’s actually gone or if he’ll go get another device to try and make another account and get around the ip address blocking/tracking. He annoyed the crap out of me, and I’m hardly on here and it wasn’t directed at me so I can only imagine how much you must’ve LOVED him!! Lolll

I am very sorry to hear about your current situation Ross, I hate to hear about you being in this predicament buddy. You can't be living like this pal, living in the fear of the unknown and carrying on using them to prevent the 'what if's'. It sounds like it has gone beyond just stopping them abruptly and that being a safe solution, is there not some kind of help you can get over there or a way of safely tapering off them? I appreciate the problem in the US is they want to charge you for anything healthcare related, but there must be a cost free way of dealing with this and getting you back to being well and happy again?

Rosschestzip's picture

Ya I have insurance but the issue is where I live has doubled in population in the last few years so there’s a shortage of doctors offices, dentists, and specialists so it takes months to get an appointment. I don’t think I’m in some dire situation but it’s more just the fear of the unknown, like you said. I had no warning with the first seizure, I felt fine and just woke up in the ambulance so there’s just no way of me knowing if I’m going to have another. I’ve only used 14 pills since February 15th and only 4.5 them where 1mg xanex and 9.5 of them where 1mg Ativan. So I’m already attempting a taper but actually stopping fully is just kinda scaring me. It’s not like I have this massive habit but it’s just the unknown that’s getting me. I appreciate the support man and I’m sure I’ll be fine I just gotta make the right choice here and can’t keep dragging it out, the longer it goes the worse it gets. And to everyone else out there don’t ever start taking benzos

Def be careful weaning down on that shit u can Def die from those withdrawals bro. There's other stuff u can take that will help getting off that are non narcotic. I hope u get to where u wanna go and wish u the best of luck getting there man.
Look at it this way though if you haven't been juicing all this time when u start hitting it again your gonna be fresh as fuck and feeling crazy. So u have that to look forward to also.

Thanks bro, I have gabapentin which can help but I just wish there was a way of knowing that I was fine or not. I was literally just chilling and hanging feeling fine, and boom i wake up in an ambulance, and I wasn’t even concerned about it, like I’ve never heard of someone having a habit because they used a few xanex. Like I didn’t even realize that’s what caused until I had been at the hospital for a few hours and it dawned on me.

And ya I’m def looking forward to getting back in the gym and back on some gear. I needed a break too, I wasn’t feeling that great feeling anymore anytime I got on cycle so now I’ll be fresh and ready to hit it.
