What's good, was trying to gain lean mass, but got some good advice, you can't do both. You can get cut and gain muscle, they contradict each other and I was struggling with this. So I said the hell with it, I'll do a summer bulk. Currently at 230.

Just eat, train and rest bro. It isn't rocket science. Don't eat like a slob and just eat right and train and it will come. Worry about cutting when you have the mass.

NotNatural23looking good if I was you but this is just me cause I like to be leaner in the summer but I would get cut up then do mass cycle in the winter time. but if u don't care then do what u do. +1 though.
looked at your other pic looks like u have a frame to add some good size. Keep it up and eat eat and eat. That is my hardest part now is eating I never have an appetite until later in the day.

NotNatural23I think u can add muscle and lose fat at the same time.I have gained muscle and lost fat on a lean mass type of cycle and lost like 5 % bf yet weighed about 5lbs more then at the start of the cycle. Granted you won't gain as much muscle if you went for a straight mass and wasn't worried about losing fat. That's why most people do a bulk cycle then towards summer do a cutter. It easier to concentrate on just gaining muscle or losing fat then both.
Ya it can be done, no tren needed. I've remember in the ebc a few years back Italian went from 193ish at 10% to 205-207 at 6-7%. Fucking insane it's like a 20lb gain atleast in muscle and 3-4% fat loss. But no only do you have to be fully committed to your diet day in and day out when this guy was having to travel on a plane he was asking if he could bring his food with him. 1 day of airport meals was not acceptable. That's the kinda dedication it takes, plus genetics. For most of us it's bulk or cut myself included.
