Working on bringing back thickness to my legs after injury a few years back. Been hitting them twice a week monday ham heavy Friday quad heavy YouTube Steve kulco. Pinning low test, just added Endurexx tren .4cc eod. My muscle stamina is noticable. I've never trained legs with such intensity. Ex. Legs raises 5x30 squats 315x15/20x5. Basically focusing on repping decent wieght. Abandoning in the bucket, instead pausing at parrellel to push more blood in the quads. Cardio is decent at low tren run so far, mild hypoglycemia I usually combat with something sweet before bed, and a half of soda post workout.

I had to laugh, the other day I get home from the gym and killing my legs and I am sitting on the couch, (doing my eroids rounds) and my daughter says "what is wrong with your knee?" I am like , what the hell you talking about? , "That big bump or swelling on the side", I look at it puzzled, and then laughed, she was talking about the tear drop,lol
