So far been on the DNP for 18 day it has not been bad makes you crave food more and raised my core temp. My dosage is not perfect so it varies I get it in a powder form so i separate it the best I can. I do not recommend drinking coffee with it lol.

Let's see a back shot...your lats are looking thick from the front. Overall looking good as well, good luck in your prep. Are you going to up the dosage of dnp or just chilling on 200?

I will post soon and yes going to sit around 200 for now. I don,t have perfect dosage and I tend to run a bit hotter some days.
