So I've got one week to loose about 10 lbs to make weight for heavys. I'll update what we're gonna do from peak week when it comes. I'm guessing peak week will start Tomorroe or Saturday.

really good, try to keep the fullness ... for sure u will be a bit dryer on day X but keep care that you dont look too flat.
front double biceps: try to hold arms not so much flexed . look like ramy does the front double biceps pose, thats how u make your arms looking bigger.
