Description

Now that the gyms have been opened for a couple months, I'm concentrating on putting size back on since I lost a considerable amount of weight during the shutdowns. Yes there's some fluff around the midsection but I'm not concerned as this is a bulk.

looking dense and solid dude. whats your mg and pinning schedule for NPP/DHB? i really wanna try both but i suck at faster oils cuz i always forget to pin or put it off an extra day or two. everyone says EOD at for NNP and DHB but fuck i suck at EOD. and dont those vials go fast like empty in 3 weeks or less?

Pinning 5x week full barrel Mon-Fri out of necessity bc of volume of oil. 600mg DHB, 500mg NPP, 1000mg Test. My advice would be to use higher dosed NPP at 150 or 200mg/ml to decrease volume

I Bet Diesel is sat down re-evaluating his training strategy - why bother putting all this effort into Chest, shoulders and arms when all people talk about are his calves which he only does 6 sets per week for LMFAO

Much appreciated Sam! I do get a lot of compliments on my calves and guys asking how do I get them that way. They never seem to like my answer tho ..six sets of heavy seated calf raises once a week... they're like c'mon man lol
