+ 5 6 Year Progress, from 144.5 to 206

My 6 year progress from a frail stick to where I am now. Not always a productive 6 years, but been busting my ass the entire way. I've been on doctor prescribed HRT (200mg/week) due to genetic hypogonadism / hypothyroidism. I currently have zero cycle history (I have been lurking for a long time, doing my research, and getting my ducks in a row), but the current plan is to diet down to a solid 6 pack and then begin my first cycle (which I am looking forward too). Looking forward to starting my journey to the next level.

Thanks all! It's been a hell of a ride and I'm not close to being done yet. It's funny how your attitude changes over the years. When I first started I was in the "tone" camp, and thought people who actually trained for muscle at the gym were all "jerks, bros, and jocks". (gear wasn't even an thing, beyond the normal uneducated idea of it) Now, the gym is my sanctuary, my place of self improvement, and my stress outlet. oh and also the place to look and be as awesome as I can!

If I have learned anything over these 6 years, it's that with anything ,the gym, success at work, or happiness in relationships, it takes A LOT of grinding. A lot of doing the same thing, the right way, over and over and over again, always pushing forward one little step at a time. Until the whole thing builds into quite a long distance.
