37 and starting with TRT due to low free T but mid levels of total.
I found these pictures inspiring and give me hope on my journey. Thank you for sharing
Curious…. What were your levels prior to jumping on? Good weight loss.
458ng/dl natural
I posted some blood work on 250mg
It put me at 1500 and 500 free
I'll be getting blood done in the next few weeks to see what 480mg puts me.
I’m sub 200. I would have been curious to see what it would have been if you hit the gym for a year prior. I would not stay over 1000 for any cruise/trt protocol.
I'm thinking 160-175 will get me there and I do agree, need to fix lipids on trt too
I would just get off and go see an endocrinologist.
I'm under the care of a Doctor. And I'm not gonna pay over $400 a month for someone to tell me to pin cypionate once a week.
I talked to one before I started, it was a joke to me. Didn't even wanna give me Testosterone unless I was below 300, but a biological female who says they were born in the wrong body gets it without question.
Fuxxkin Amen to that brutha!!!I was paying for a doctor because i wanted to do things right and my doc would not get me above 500 on cyp and i said halla, check out my latest labs just posted the other day for pure anabolics. Just started week 10 of Test/Deca combo myself. Good work and i will be giving blood tomorrow, lol
Nice!
Unless you don’t have insurance, I don’t know any specialist where copay is more than $50 a visit. I see my endo every 6 months. I’m out $40 a year and bloodwork is covered.
What you have started is far from the brightest thing you could’ve done. I’ve been pinning AAS for 10 years and before that I was on hormones for an underdeveloped pituitary. There’s more to hormones than just getting jacked and juicy. Being healthy is a priority.
And other than slightly skewed lipids everything has checked out. I suppose I could try another doctor. And you're right exogenous Testosterone is way more than getting jacked, highly agree. I have a better marriage and life in general.
I have 6 years clean from heroin I'm much more healthier, if not just diet alone
That’s awesome. Beware though, this can be just as addicting my friend. Stay safe.
The picture from before and the front lat spread is impressive. Especially if it's not about muscle memory.
When I started practicing with the mentality of looking wide and spreading them as opposed to engaging and flexing them, it's just clicked and started looking decent for the current build status.
Looks solid. Only maybe you could drop hands lower towards the hips in that pose.
I'll try this for sure, always working towards better!
anvilNice transformation my guy. Looking great.
Good hard work pays off man! Thats 6months of YOUR hard work and diet. +1
Thank you brother!
Since you’re just dropping back down to a cruise and, therefore, the long suppression from nandrolone is a moot point, why are you stopping it 4 weeks short? Why not just run the nand and test for 20 weeks straight together, and then drop back to your 175 test dose?
I had some estrogen sides when I dropped the enanthate from 400 to 175 from 1 pin to the next. Mainly just emotional and almost like anxiety. So I'm wanting to probably go 480/375/225/175.
And humbly I just figured to let the Nandro. Deca Fully metabolize before I drop the test.
I'm loving the libido and strength and aggression in gym. But ive noticed very short patience. Not sure if I can handle 20 weeks on the deca, I got a wild 4 year old and a new born, last thing my wife needs is me raising my voice at a heightened frequency.
Gotcha. I also like to titrate my test back down after running it high during a blast. Instead of just instantly cutting it back. Probably easier on the body that way too. I don’t think our systems like massive yo-yo swings of hormones.
Harder to reach a level of homeostasis in the endocrine system for sure. I sure noticed just from 400 to 175.
250 a week puts me at 1560ng/dl and 532 free test
Impressive work brother, that’s what it’s all about right there!
There’s good improvement there and I take my hat off to you for bettering yourself but to be honest with you the difference between pics could easily be achieved naturally with just training and dieting in a few months . I honestly don’t believe your current stats and physique warrant using gear and you should have achieved a solid foundation before you even started using gear. Sorry but that’s just the truth
You're most likely right but I'm about to be 38, and I'm having fun in this process. I get blood work done, adjust things that need to be corrected, monitor BP, even donate blood when my RBC is high. I think it would have took 2-3 years to get the gains I got in 6 months. I firmly believe if you have guidance from someone with experience, do your own research. Monitor your blood markers....be under the care of a Doctor... and Gear improves the quality of your life mentally and or physically then it's your body and your life Pin the glute baby!!!
You made something happen right there, respect
Your making the rest of us look bad. Your the reason people think steroids are cheating. Dude looked at a vial of test and blew up. Keep pushing homie, but not too much! I bet everyone around you accuses you of using gear, don’t they? I’ve never seen a transformation that quick
That’s what you really think? Maybe my eyesight is off but this guy doesn’t even look like he takes gear in my opinion, yes he’s improved but come on you think that warrants being on gear? It’s interesting how different people see things that’s for sure , not intending this personally we are friends , just here for the debate and it will be good to hear other peoples opinions on this as I’m sure there going to be mixed
I agree he shouldn’t be on gear and if you didn’t know him you wouldn’t think he’s on gear. But I think it’s a huge change for 6 months. I feel like most dudes I see look almost identical after 6 months. Even everyone at the gym looks the same after years at the gym. And I meant like if you were one of his friends and hadn’t seen him for a bit and then all of sudden he looks like the after photo they’d probably think he was on something. Pictures are also tough with angles and he didn’t post before and after weight
I mean the close friends and family, I'm transparent with, and the ones that wonder and don't ask, I don't really care what they think. I stay consistent, eat the best way I can. And adjust things that work for me constantly. I'm very aware I wouldn't have these results without gear. But I Run blood work and I feel amazing. Aside from the gains and confidence, it's changed my life, just need to stay responsible.
Ya but gear didn’t do it for you. You probably did every little thing perfectly correct for that whole six months. It’s a lot of hardwork and it shows man, looks great!
I thinks it's honestly 90% diet, 6 out of 7 days a week I've eaten the same breakfast and post workout meals no lie, it's all about seasoning and sauces and it doesn't bother me
2 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, cup of grits, 5 strips turkey bacon large glass of whole milk
Post workout is always steak/chicken/turkey/fish
And rice or potatoes.
Protein shake with egg whites and Greek yogurt and baby rice cereal before bed.
And any other meal than that I just make sure it's protein rich.
Where’s pre workout meal
Wheres the PROTEIN AT , is it fairlife milk for breakfast? Wheres the fats before bed
How many ounces of meat you eating at a sitting,
Veggies?? Baby rice quick digestive before bed ??
200g of protein 175g carbs and 50g of fats 3500 calories, seems to be working...??
That’s only 2000 calories? if you added another 400 grams of carbs you’d be there
I mean you want me to tell you every detail from the 250 calories of ranch, to the 3 rice Krispie treats, to potato bread and Swiss cheese lol. Probably should up the carbs yes.
So in the first year as long as your basically getting a pump in the gym than the training part is covered and then yes it’s 80-95% food. BUT that can also be the hardest part. The gym is like 40-100 minutes out your day and is fun. Eating strict is all day and not fun at all lol. My last cycle I gained zero pounds because there was something wrong with my stomach so I couldn’t eat much, I stopped after 8 weeks or so but kinda proves that steroids do nothing without food
Im finding out brah, now that im a lil older im not as hungry as i used to be and am trying to force feed but im not giving up!!!
Mk677 25mg I randomly take it when I'm short on calories come about 5pm, makes me stupid hungry all the way til bed time.
Number four on list
That shits crazy. Makes me stupid hungry and I eat till I’m sick
From my limited experience I totally agree
You're working
