You got some size to you so I’m not insulting you at all. However, you were nowhere near 6% body fat. When I get to eight or nine I have vans running across my abs and you don’t even have any. Maybe you do when you flex but they’re definitely not defined by any means.

You are in great shape but nowhere near 6%! You would be shredded to the bone with skin as thin as paper at that low body fat! Your looking vascular but even from your chest and what you can see from your mid section your around 10%ish
