I’ve been running 500 mg of Ultima Test C EOD and 250 IU of Ultima HCG EOD. After 4 weeks, I got my testosterone levels checked—here are the results.

I thought that you were used Ultima Tirzepatide last few months. So, I will check it out cycle logs and compare their lab test results.

it’s either underdosed or you’re a non responsive. Best move IMO switch gear labs(keeping same dosage), then pull bloods after 4–5 half-lives so you’re testing it at steady levels. Very weird stuff though.
125mg week put my Tlevel a 1300,. I think it’s underdosed or something happened. I'm sure these aren’t numbers from 500 mg/week.

Shbg is 6. Maybe that’s the reason.
Seems pretty low for 500mg a week. Especially since you’re doing EOD shots which is keeping levels very stable. I would have expected you to be north of 3000. Your free test is pretty solid though. Typically it’s 2-3% of total test and you’re at 4.6% so that’s great. You can build some serious muscle at that level.
But it’s not uncommon for people on 250mg of real pharm grade test to be around 2000ng/dl.
Seems pretty low TBH. Maybe it will come up over time. On 200mg test plus HCG I was at 1390 and at 350 test I was 1500+ and 500+ (forgot to get the uncapped tests)
Maybe after 6 weeks it will raise at around 2300/2400...however the free test is really high

How soon did you pull bloods after injection?
I did after 4 weeks because I added HGH on week 5. I needed to know my bloods and base igf-1 before adding hgh

Did blood on the injection day but before the injection, at 8 am, fasted. No heavy lifting, cycling or sex last 24 hours.
500mg weekly? Or 500mg eod? Because 500mg eod is 1.5grams of test a week, minimum.. 300mg test puts me over 1600 total test. I’d expect 500mg a week to put anyone over 1600ngdl.

Thanks for clarification, I read it as 1,500mg weekly as well. I would think 4 weeks would be enough time for saturation, but we’re all different. I would also think 500mg would have your level over 2,000, but again we’re all different. How do you feel and are you getting the results you’re looking for? Only sure test is having the product tested, but I’m thinking it won’t be far off. Some guys just respond well, and a lot of gear is overdosed. Read the link below, there’s many others, but you’ll find this to be a good read.
