+ 17 5 weeks into test and tren cycle

I m 5 weeks into my current cycle. I m doing 250 mg of test e and 500 mg s of tren e just switched over to long esters was on prop and ace the first 4 weeks. I m a post a full body pic around week 10. I m happy so far with my progress my tren sides have calmed down so I should really start making gains from here on. Diet is decent I might start dropping carbs soon I ll keep my protein intake around 250 - 300g a day if I can get below 10% b/f I ll add some mastron. We ll see

300 is low?

From everything I've gathered, the whole 2g/lb thing is a myth, and completely unnecessary. What's your take on it?

1.5g/lb is plenty. You will benefit running 2+g/lb if running primo though.

400 protein is uselless if you not ron coleman rusty , all is do is strain your kidneys and hold water and give indigestion

After studi g at pubmed and other sience sites i never eat more than 200 g protein and i have no farts ,i am same size , i look better and my meals tasteand digest better

300 seems to be my sweet spot as far as gainging muscle and not being bloated and feeling sick all day. I ve always had digestive issue probotics and digestive enzymes help alittle when I go over 300 when I bulk
