+ 9 3 weeks into cut after winter bulk

I bulked in the winter and added 25 pounds. I went from 182 to 207. I started cutting about 3 weeks ago and I'm now at 200. Still wanna lose about 7-8 more pounds meaning that I would have added 10 pounds of mean muscle in the last bulk

2nd picture is my quads. They've grown! I don't skip leg day.

Thanks bro! What's outer sweep? I'm a powerlifter, so I'm not familiar with the term, and I always go heavy, except accessory work.

Ahh, yes, powerlifter wide stance will do that.

I've always had big legs. I used to be shaped like a triangle, but finally my upper body is filling in, but still most my weight is in my legs and ass, like a Brazilian woman. Haha.
