+ 14 3 and a half year progress pics

This is my progress since starting my fitness journey here with eroids. On the left was Nov 2014 and I weighed 120 pounds! On the right is March 2018 sitting at 155 pounds. Now the scale stayed the same since the last picture I posted here, but the mirror says a lot changed. The last picture I posted here I was not as lean. I figured I owed the community an update as I don't post many self pics. I am 40 and on trt because of opiate addiction that lasted a good part of 8 years and ended 5 years ago! My testosterone level was 201 at almost 37 years old. There are others here that were in the same boat. I am glad I found this place before starting trt. I do not use "heavy" cycles. My test dose on cycle does not go over 750mg weekly, trt 175/wk keeps me at 900. I tried tren once for a few weeks and decided it's not for me. When I say not for me, I mean I don't compete and don't plan too, so a harsh compound like tren, I don't see any reason to do so. Test and deca / npp is good for me. Deca I use at 500 with 750 test twice a year. I prefer slow and steady and stay as safe as possible, all that this place has helped me to do. Orals, I don't use. I just wanted to share with all the others here that have helped me. I am grateful for this place and all of us members make it what it is. Thanks fellas!

What was your tren dose?

It was tren ace, started at 100mg every other day. Dropped to 75mg every other day then 50mg. Sides weren't extremely bad. It definitely took my appetite though at any dose. If I can't eat, I can't gain lol. So I just figured it wasn't for me.

Very interesting, I just started my first Tren cycle yesterday. I'm staying with a small dose with it as I value how I feel more than absolute gains. I settled on 150mg/wk of Tren Hex. We'll see what the sides are like at that dose in a couple weeks.

For me, it was around week 2 or 3 I would lose my appetite. Some sweating and I would have trouble falling asleep. I'm not knocking tren in any way. Just didn't see myself using it when I could use deca or npp and feel great, sleep great and eat with no problems lol. Just a better choice for myself is all. Maybe for you, deca could be worse lol. I see it a lot around here. One guy gets all the sides people get from tren using nandrolone and nothing from tren. Everyone is so different when it comes to aas. Wish you all the best bro!

Thanks ppg. I always get nervous after posting a pic lol. But you guys keep me motivated by acknowledging the progress, even though I'm not as huge as some of you guys here, I do put in the work. Being so small it doesn't come easy for me. But then again, if this were "easy" everyone would be walking around jacked lol

Thanks Sam. Funny you say heavy back work, I just started trying that the past couple months and it is starting to show a difference. I'm gonna post a back shot here. One pic shows definition and the other I have more thickness, in only a couple months time! I'm going to add that pic here now for you

It was so hard figuring out my calories. That took the better part of a year to lock down. I work construction so I burn about 3,000 give or take 200-300 some days. So I need around 3200 to maintain. To gain I'm closer to 4,000! Ectomorph sucks because I burn so much anyway. Then the added daily job requirements make it that much harder. But this is what we do. I swear, getting all the food in is the hardest part for me

See that, if you ate like me, you would lose all definition. If I ate like you, I would probably lose all my gains haha. The food is definitely everything here. I remember when I first came around and would see all you guys preaching diet and nutrition first, I thought no way, the gear has to work no matter what. The only thing I gained was water weight haha. Then after a couple failed cycles and a wasted year, I thought I have to listen and try this off of a cycle and see what I can do with nutrition alone. It was definitely a game changer from then on bro
