First of all. I know about EROIDS since 1 years, i deciced to join the community to share my Story & Transformation.

Im 30 years old, married, working out since 8 years, diet never was my favourite part, but after i reached 107kg for my 173 cm, i didnt feel healthy, so i decided to make a big diet.

Diet lenght was 4 months, finished 3 weeks ago, now i will start the clean bulking.

Gear: only steroid i used for it as a first cycle is Dragon Pharma Testosterone enanthate at 500mg/week for 12 weeks & Adex .25 every 4 days. Pct were HCG,Nolva,Clomid.

Diet: Honestly i never counted macros. All i did is to eat 600grams of meat/day (Preferably Chicken,Beef,Turkey,Fish), my only carbs were Rice & Sweet potato & Oat (3/4 handful of any of these / meal) , Fats ; penaut butter ( 1 teaspoon daily ), Omega 3 capsules.
I had 5 meals / day.

Workout: 4 day Routine. - Chest/Triceps , Back/Biceps, Shoulders/Calves, Legs/abs. And repeat. With 1 rest day a week. Usually i worked with 6-7 Rep range with 4 Sets of each exercise, 2 or 3 Exercise/Body group. I made heavy weight training to keep my muscles. ( Miracles happen, i even got stronger at the end of my diet, my Benchpress got up from my max 1x 100kg to 1x 130kg ), Squat: 1x 95kg to 1x 130kg, etc ).
Also did 3x HIT workout/week 20 min each.

Results in 4months: i went down from 107kg to 80kg, even got stronger, feels alot alot healthier ( Finnaly i can go upstrairs without dieing because i cant breathe lol ).
Overall im happy with the results, im more confident and happy.

Ps.: Since i know theres alot of Fake users/pictures on EROIDS, i added a verification picture of my nickname and my Tattooed arm, you can see the tattoo is the same in the Pictures.
