because of recent events ive taken some time off from the gym and bodybuilding. Today i decided to take this picture in which i will compare myself as i start my cycle this week and advance further on as i start hitting the weights again, im weighing in at 245lbs flat i expect to weigh 270lbs by the end of the cycle i shall post an update picture 8/7/2012 as a comparison towards this one; wish me luck im going to work hard to achieve my goals nothing comes without dedication and effort!

My Cycle:
i have been researching greatly into myostatin inhibitors. while myostatin inhibitors are in the gray area at the moment and follistatin 334 amino being overpriced for its mode of action or the follistatin virus once again in the gray area' it leaves little room for choice but clenbuterol shows great potential at actually reducing Myostatin hormone in mice almost to the point of a natural myostatin deficit, while i cannot come up with the exact mcg to lb intake it is clear that their is a space of effect in these mice as i am sure their is in humans (to give you an idea the famous bodybuilder Kenneth "Flex" Wheeler was allegedly born with low myostatin levels and ronnie coleman is rumored to have low myostatin levels as well), with this being said my new cycle is going to consist of 6mcg of clenbuterol alternating on and off every 2 weeks along with 20g of creatine (10g pre and 10g post) since creatine is shown to reduce the impression of myostatin hormone in muscle it definitley deserves recognition in my cycle, alongside shall be run
750mg of test E weekly
100mg of oxymetholone daily
i am going to add Trenbolone E. As the cycle reaches its climax

Final thought: i believe that those successful bodybuilders we see today can push their bodies to new levels even when administering the same amounts of hormones you are administering, simply because their natural levels of muscle reducing myostatin are that much lower than yours.

i wanna front load with test first before normalizing a dose, once i establish a good base of quality strength and size i will add on the tren enanthate half way through to push on gains and break through any plateaus reached at that point in time, sort of a confusion type of tactic, i dont like drowning my receptors with all of these androgens from the getgo instead i like to add on as the cycle pushes on, the testosterone will outlast tren & Oxymeth. so gains should be more quality than quantity i will continue using clen from start to finish.

i see what your trying to explain and i understand your point of view, i always like long esters vs short esters since my cycles are not 2 or 3 months but rather 5 to 6 months long,ive read that receptors are continually flushed and new ones are replaced as muscle fibers change and grow and other sources have told me that only taking time off from hormones and having your metabolic system take care of flushing them is the only way, at this point id like to believe more what i actually see; in my opinion you really never start reversing growth, lets say you do 500mg of test weekly you will grow but itll come to a point where you stop growing but you maintain of course this is a natural and expected outcome, but if the receptors became flooded wouldnt you start to withdrawal the gains seen? how about bodybuilders on gear all year round why do they still grow? this brought me to the conclusion in my opinion that receptors are renewed, but i could be wrong i haven't really found a clear source on receptor cleansing, regardless bro im in this for the long haul and yes i def need tren haha i have used tren before with amazing results months into the cycle so this tactic is not experimental, its been a good couple of months now ive been clean but its start to grow once again.

im about 5'10" 5'11" gotta double check but i fall in their, bro i speculate growing up i had high hormone levels at the age of 12 i had high estradiol this caused gyno on my right nip at the age of 14 i had overall developed biceps, my little brother thats 12 at the moment has gyno on both his nips and has impressive mass on his frame i guess its just family genetics. Ive hanged around 250 to 265 for far too long i need to break that platue i already got my diet parameters in check and muscle by muscle workout layout figured out im going to focus heavily on stretching fibers between sets for all muscle groups, full contraction of reps and a mix of high and low weight variables (:

right now my diet is out of order i eat when i figure i have to eat not necessarily clean macros either. Once i start counting calories again these are my specifications for bulking; generally i eat 800g of carbs a day and that'll have to rise as my weight goes up, so right their thats 3200calories based on 1g of carb = 4 calories ratio, ill have a large portion of those carbs in the morning to fuel my workouts throughout the day, ill also intake about 300g of protein this is about 1200 calories based also on a 1g to 4 calorie ratio, as far as fats i try to keep clean with mono and poly unsaturated fats, keep in mind that 1g of fat is 9 calories but im not exactly sure what my intake of fat in calories, so generally speaking i take about 4400calories to 5000calories when i bulk up.
