+ 3 2,017ng/dl off 250mg
I’ll never go back to another source for testosterone, OSGear has got the best test around. 2,017 ng/dl off 250mg one shot a week—bloods taken 3 days after pin.
When I run a true cruise dose off his test, I need to dose it at 125mg/w to stay under 1,100ng/dl. Great stuff.
Currently running 250 test/w, 50mg anavar/d, 6iu hgh, and 200mg/primo a week for estrogen support. I usually run primo at 1:1 with test, but wanted to see what would happen if I ran slightly under, and just as I suspected, it puts my E out of normal range. Will be bumping the primo back to 250mg to match the test as a 1:1 ratio keeps me feeling like a million bucks.
BLOODS PROGRESS:
I’ve been having issues with cholesterol and my RBC/Hemoglobin/Hematocrit over the last year:
Cholesterol: I’ve cleaned up my diet and have done a complete 180 on my food habits over the last four months. Also implemented red yeast rice, citrus bergamot, cholesteroff, and CoQ10 as I did not want my first option to be statins.
Bloods are compared to early January when I was just on a 125mg/w cruise dose compared to now, on cycle + anavar, and as you see most my numbers actually improved which blows my mind.
Total Cholesterol: 206 —> 157
LDL: 162 —> 115 (almost within range)
HDL: 35 —> 23 Still shit, I blame the var (any recommendations?)
Triglycerides: Have always been normal
Overall I’ve made great changes to my cholesterol numbers, but still struggle with HDL. I know anavar isn’t helping.
Blood: My ferritin clocked in at 12 ( normal is 38-380) about a year ago. Since then, I had been taking 4-6 iron pills through out the day, daily. While it did eventually bring my ferritin to 92, the side effects were it severely raised my RBC/Hemo/Hemat and made my blood viscous.
I stopped the iron three months ago as perhaps having low ferritin is better than having a stroke… but I am back to being tired all the time and need to find a happy middle ground where my energy is raised but my blood isn’t thick like motor oil.
January 15 2025 to May 1 2025
RBC: 6.29 —> 5.37
Hemoglobin: 19.5 —> 15.6
Hematocrit: 54.9 —> 46.6
Ferritin: 92 —> 26
That’s all from me, any comments are welcome

If you want to get HDL up, drop the anavar and add lots of cardio. 10 mg of cardarine for a few weeks will help it bounce back but the cardio is important to keep it up
I tried cardarine once, and that was the only time in my life I’ve had elevated AST/ALT liver values, and I’ve abused many orals in the past without issue. I’ll never do cardanine again due to that.
Agree 100% on the cardio. I’m currently doing zero cardio and I really need to get back into it. Thanks for the input brother.
Sounds like you got the plan going now. Good luck. That’s odd on the liver enzymes. I’ve never noticed a change in mine from cardarine before. I’ll have to keep an eye on that.
Have you been donating blood to bring your hematocrit down? If so, that would 100% be the reason for the low iron levels. As for your HDL, that is just one of the biggest struggles to bring up on cycle. Aside from incorporating more healthy fats and omega 3's (salmon, fish oil, chia seeds, avocados, EVOO, tempeh), the only real way to bring it up significantly imo would be to drop the anavar or go to a cruise until your lipids stabilize. 23 is lower than I would be comfortable sitting at, personally. How do you feel with your estro at 40? Any water retention/nipple sensitivity/moodiness? If you have no sides I don't think 40 is bad for e2, especially with your test level where it is. Estrogen is anabolic and will help drive strength and muscle growth, so you don't want to bring it too low if you don't need to for quality of life.
My low ferritin is due to me being iron deficient non-anemic, but I agree donating blood doest’t help the cause.
I’ve been doing fish oil supplementation for my low BDL but it doesn’t seem to be helping the cause. I think I need to do cardio, something I have not been doing any of. I think that may be the answer to managing HDL on cycle.
Why do you say you wouldn’t be comfortable with HDL of 23 on cycle?
I can feel my estrogen being high at 45, not from moodiness or gyno, but because my erections don’t get as they are when my estro is about 10 points lower (~30-35 range).
Thanks for chiming in, brother.
Makes sense for your ferritin levels in that case. If you do go back to supplementing iron to bring it up you can try supplementing Nattokinase, Serrapeptase, Lumbrokinase, Bromelain, and Amla on an empty stomach in the morning to prevent the motor oil blood impact. You can find them in some all in one supplements, but if you get them individually you can get actual efficacious doses for half the price. That plus cardio, 4+g fish oil daily, and 1-2 gallons of water will definitely make an impact on the viscosity of your blood. This is basically the stack I use to keep my hematocrit in check. It used to drift up to 52+, but now it stays around 48-49 even on EQ.
Cardio can definitely be helpful for HDL, and would be a good habit to start in general. It just makes things work better in the long run. For me, I don't like to see my HDL under 35 at the lowest just as risk mitigation of cardiovascular disease down the line. HDL has the most protective effect so the lower it goes the more you increase your risk of plaque development in your arteries and your risk of stroke increases. I think a lot of guys don't worry too much about it considering it will come back up for the most part off-cycle, but I like to minimize long term risk as much as I can ahead of time. Cliche, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and with cardiovascular disease it usually comes from a long time accumulation of being in a vulnerable state.
I feel you on the estrogen I hate those soft boners from the mild elevation. I start getting those around 50. Definitely a canary in the coal mine for mild e2 elevation lmao
No problem my man! All the best to you.
Is this ultima ?
Yes, this is the Ultima Test Cyp 250mg/mL
Had the same question bro
You already know how good that shit is
