2 weeks on my cut run and here some results bros.
I lost about 3 inches at the waist, was 42 and now 39. My face became less round. I do four workouts weekly and every start with cardio.

I found for me 15 minutes cardio then hit weights then jump back on cardio for another 30 to 40 minutes
