+ 5Unfortunately this source is using fake accounts for their reviews, and using the same fakes to spam other reviews here. Therefore I've decided to exclude this source from eroids ranking system.
I can not in good faith allow this source residency here.
That has been my main source for a very long time now, ever since they started on Eroids. They are always on point and if any issues arise, will do anything to please their customers and maintain their reputation. Its sad that Oxydine, Pec, and Genshi labs are no longer available from them and from most sources really. They were my favorite labs during the time they were available. However They has introduced other labs that also have great reputations so i will keep using for them as long as they are around.

Joined the May promo, wanted Balkan for my bulk run. Took Sustamed, Dbal, Deca for summer; 14 weeks run. Worked in the gym 5/7 and 3 days was only arms. Pleased with my gained weight. Finished PCT 3 days ago. Regards the source, I can say that prices are very very loyal for me and with promo discount, it was like a gift. Comfortable site interface, and for sure live chat is godlike. Judging by the gains, I am sure what the products are authentic.

Support in live chat is very nice. Received promt answers on every question I had. Jessica from their support team said, their source works with Balkan Lab together, which is very nice, so it means that products are absolutely authentic. So, I was pleased with the polite and quick answers.
Here was a delay, that is the weak zone of this guys, imo. From the payment to the shipment were pass about 4 days. On the 4th day, I started to panic, being afraid of scam. But Support team said what everything is ok and at the evening my package was shipped. At on the 2nd day I got my track. The parcel came in 8 days right to my door. All was packed well, no complaints. When I opened the pack, there was a bonus, Test Prop SP Labs, which really surprised me. Nice. Asked Jessica from support team, she said that it’s a gift like sorry for delay and a thank you for my patience. Joined promo -40% in May. Have ordered SP Lab products, for June cut/bulk cycle. Loving the prices of AE especially for SP and Balkan, they are mostly lower than in other places. Used at 3-4 pins a week. Tren + Test in the same day 1ml of Tren and 1 ml of Prop for 7 weeks total. Winny added from the 3rd week 50 mg EOD. Love hardness of the muscle, venousity, and power which was felt on the cycle. Got 14 lbs, now think was needed to make a little longer, but anyway I am satisfied. Juices work well, quality are good.

Two months ago I ordered 500$ worth of gear in a few seperate deliveries and didnt recieve anything. They always answer the emails but only say that the shipping Dept. is investigating the case and then forget about it till my next email. I really doubt that anything was sent at all. I see lots of positive feedbacks here but i wouldnt buy from them a single bottle.

Even if its not their fault i guess some sort of compensation would be logial. I suffer from low testosterone levels with side effects and this delay caused me troubles and i had to order from a different place.

Main information about delivery, order process and etc. I found on the website. Also communicated in livechat, very quick answers in 5 mins only to all my additional questions.

The instant chat feature on their website was very helpful and is almost always available. If they were not able to answer my question at that time, they were able to email me within a day or two to try and answer any questions I had.
After reshipping my package due to the mix up with their shipping company, the package made it to me in about 2 weeks time. Everything made its way through customs quickly and was very well packed in a discreet manner. Everything was well wrapped and protected.
Although the initial package got lost in the mail due to a shipping issue, the customer service for AE was absolutely excellent. They were able to answer any question I had regarding the order in a very timely manner, and were willing to reship my package due to the issue at no additional cost to me. The combination of the quality of gear and the quality of customer service has definitely made me want to return to AE for any future orders I may have.
