ad

This was from last August, 2 weeks out from my first show.
I fucked up my peak and came in 3rd out of 7 in my class, so fucking pissed, and decided to take shit very casually for a while where I just focused on health when it comes to cycles afterwards

For this I was on like 400 test, 350 Tren a, 350 mast p, 80mcg clen, 50mcg of t3 (way too much)

Ordered from:

Tbh I don’t plan on getting above 250 in the off-season, and like 210-220 on stage, I just do this as a hobby and don’t think I can commit to what it takes to push to be 270-300, that shit is a whole other level. I’ve tak to some recent guys who are making their open debut and they said for their bulking up leading into their show they are 7000 calories clean a day, sounded like insanity honestly

Ideal physique already. Great work

Thats very flattering, thank you

Stick with it. Every show should get better because you learn something from every show. Judges comments can be the most helpful so be sure to get those.

Zalewski's picture

I did not ask for the judges on this one, only because I know my main issue is fucking with my water with some taboo stuff and I looked flat and melted then, imo. My goal of I compete again is to be lean enough to where I really don’t need to use something to lose water. Aside from that I need to work on posing, tricep sweep, outer quad sweep, rear delts, lats from the front, and chest.

If you haven't read my peak weak prep forum, I would give it a go. Only thing I have ever had to use to help dump water was vit C. Messing with hard diuretics more often than not backfires and I wouldn't recommend it.

Don’t worry, I hire coaches for this kind of stuff

I’m not sure if I should compete again because I’ve developed a fairly pessimistic attitude towards bodybuilding since I’ve met Cedric, Shawn, and George, so it messes with my head

DeeMan's picture

???....If anything meeting those guys should be your motivation to continue. Meeting and training with well known powerlifters motivates me. Use it as a positive

Zalewski's picture

I talk with pros regularly through social media, no idea why a lot of guys talk to me but they do so why not. But talking to them and then going to shows humanizes them and their deaths are more depressing and eerie, like talked to this guy only a few months ago and now he’s gone. That’s what messes with me. Meeting with them does motivate me a lot, going to the Olympia was what persuaded me to even compete, but I also am taken aback when something tragic like this does happen

DeeMan's picture

I see, you are referring to the recent tragedies? I gotcha. Yea man I completely understand. Trust me, alot of my powerlifting buddies are dead. Talk to them one day and the next they are outta there!...sad. But this is what I realize, we don't practice the healthiest living and with that being said there will always be losses and it sux but that's the cost of this lifestyle. Trust me I felt bad for all of the losses from Rich Piana to Cedric. However u have met alot of those guys so it's more personal for u. But keep on keepin on and always remember safety my brother....safety

Zalewski's picture

Truthfully I think I’m going to listen to one of my favorite pros to talk to, John Jewett, and his practice of dose escalation over the course of a cycle. Lot of research and proof behind it

DeeMan's picture

Lol yea there's no 100% safety with what we do but yea if this method is proven to be safer why not? I have no problem with that my man. It's probably something I would do

I want to negg you for your own comment my dude;
You’re on that road to becoming something and nothing less than spectacular; your physique shows all that hard work! Amazin•

Zalewski's picture

Well thank you very much, I more debate because this was my first comp and obviously the first prep is the hardest
