+ 9 12 week transformation
I've been a member here for 6 years but never posted. It's about time I share with you my journey. I hope you'll find it motivational.
As you can see in my before picture, I was at a rather skinny point in my life. This wasn't always the case. I had spent the bulk of my teens and 20's training naturally and gained enough mass to warrant the nickname "bigman" lol.
After a 3 year hiatus, due to low motivation and being overworked in my construction job, I lost significant mass.
I weighed up the pros and cons and decided that I was comfortable with the idea of doing a very light cycle.
I decided to keep the compounds basic and my dose very low.
I used Pharmaqo Supersus 400 from SteroidUKShop. I dosed it at 333mg per week. So basically one 10ml bottle in 12 weeks.
I became devoted to my lifting, eating and recovery process. I put a huge emphasis on slow and controlled lifting. Zero ego. I kept weight moderate.
It was quite an odd experience to have 15 years of lost muscle mass return in 12 weeks. The test helped, but muscle memory is a real thing.
I have progressed further since this pic. I don't want to be a bodybuilder, but I am passionate about weightlifting.
