+ 2 12 Days No Carb Progress

ad

Decided to go as close to zero carbs as possible for 12 long days to see where I’m at. Got a lot easier after the 3rd day.
6 meals a day with 1 post workout whey isolate shake. Meals consisted of chicken, fish, bison and lean beef. Dark greens with at least 4 meals daily and added fats were coconut, olive and mac oil, almonds and cashews. Trained back and rear delts after carbing up the whole day before and it was an awesome workout

+2 Looking good. Nothing better than a carb fueled workout, after hitting the low/no carb. I always feel like I pussy, then I remember I still have it after that carb workout.

No carbs have me nodding off like I’m a junkie. In three months, I’ll be joining you.

How did you feel with no carbs? I get exhausted.

I get exhausted just trying to poop with no carbs. Felt like that was the worst part

Pretty shitty first couple days. Headache the first day, mental fog. On about the 3rd day it got a lot easier. And I was adding a shitload of fats so that helped. If you can get over that first hump it’s not too bad bro. And I got lean as hell so it’s worth it imo

Thats another thing that scares the shit out of me about getting put inside - the switch your body must have to go through diet wise. One minute all the meat and protein/carbs you want at any given time to bloody ramen noodles and powdered milk in a cell, no thankyou. Utter hell on earth it must be, I'd be getting the belt out in no time at all if I got longer than 6 months.

The first couple days were bad, but then it seemed like my body flipped the switch to running off fats. That plus adding more fats in with my meals wasn’t too bad. The worst thing was feeling flat and not as pumped for workouts. But this var and a lot of sodium pre workout works wonders lol

Yea man I was pretty miserable and pissed off for a couple days lol
