This is exactly like the dude from New Jersey. He is 4' 0" and massive Biceps and triceps. I watched a documentary on steroid (ab)use and he was interviewed a few times. In the beginning they show him in clubs and people always approaching him like a celebrity. Later they show him in an interview about the life in drugs and how hard it is. At the end they show him using a dirty, bent needle to drain an infection from his bicep that later had to be cut out in the emergency room.
He also injects (irongame mentioned) wierd shit in his muscles to "inflate" them.
This dudes traps look like fucking tumors!
Part of me feels sorry for this poor bastard then the other half would like to beat some since into him. I don't know what to think really. There is some obvious lack of cognitive function going on with this dude.

I've seen numerous pics of this clown going around the net lately, but this is the first vid I have seen of him.
The saddest part, half way through it, where he's posing, he actually seems to THINK he looks impressive.
