it's because of shit like Chris Beniot and Taylor Hooten that it remains illegal. Steroid users are the nicest people I know... They look great, get tons of pussy, and have a lot of energy... What's not to be happy about?
But let us be serious, steroids really have no business being sold OTC. Just think the laws should be a little more lenient, but they honestly don't seem so bad. Didn't muta get off, and that fool was running an online empire?

Wow what a great read. The only thing he was a little off track with is the Hooten kid. We all know the steroids isn't what caused his death, certainly the anti-depressant did,but much like what we deal with daily here, steroids is not for kids. I think the article could have reinforced that. The other stuff, especially the Ben Johnson is the one that sticks in my gut. Take the gold away from him and give it Carl Lewis is one of the biggest farces in sports history. We all know Lewis was using as well as every other competitor in the final that day. Now we need to get the courts to change their stance on the whole debacle! At least the media hype has subsided somewhat and the political will as well as funds is taking a backseat. Go bust a methlab, leave us the fuck alone!

I would still like to know what motivated Lyle Alzado to blame his unfortunate demise on steroids. This article left out the the Chris Beniot story completly. Hootens father is just cashing in on his sons death. Baseball was so much more fun to watch when the athletes were supplemented. This has just turned sport into a game of how not to get caught. We can't go back, we watch pro sports to see the athletes do amazing feets and they are way more likely to do that bigger,faster,stronger!
