These sensationalist studies are just that...sensationalist.
The Incidence of cancer deaths per 100,000 people in 2010 (USA study) was 172.
That is a risk of .00172%.
Four times this risk is .00688%...not even close to 1 out of 100,000.
Enjoy your protein.
Using your numbers, the maths= %.172 (17 hundredths of one percent,or near one fifth of one percent)
Four times the risk would be 688 deaths per 100,000
or %.688. (near seven tenths of one percent)
RustyhookerScience also shows that high stress levels over long period of time changes your dna. That changed DNA of course can then create new life as a baby. That baby then is born with anxiety issues. Point being that we're gonna die of something. We dont know what or when. Look at some of the oldest luving humans. One dude was well iver 100....drank a fifth a day and two packs cigs since 20ish. Then like my old neighbor lady got double mastectomy at 19.
Biggest problem with too high of protein is kidney stress. Protein breaks down and expelled as ammonia. Hydrate well. Live life to the fullest. There's no promise of tomorrow.
So true,
My grandfather on my mothers side died at 86 years and he smoked cigars all day every day. Will you guess what killed him. A FUCKING BEE.
mr127superdeeyes rusty this was beutiful and almost poetic the truth is the truth and to be swole and the many for a while an die 10 years younger might in fact be better for some of us and our mental states than living the extra twenty years with our low self esteems and below average natty bodies
Suzanne wu articles are geared toward red meat. She has been targeting it for year. This article origin is from one of her works.

Don't worry bro, eat more fish and chicken eat less red meat. Stay as far as you can from pork and you will be fine. Remember you can get protein from nuts to
