Wife and I got some fast food burgers yesterday between cutting 3 lawns out in the heat. The meat was way overseasoned, too much salt. We were both starving and in need of energy to continue so we ate them anyway and both felt crappy the rest of the day despite drinking several powerade and body armour drinks between us. She cooks pretty low sodium so we aren't use to that much salt.
