Yeah its sad man supposed suicide i know mental health is serious I've struggled with chronic anxiety my whole life but there is nothing left after suicide everything always gets better he must have been in a dark dark place
The current situation probably didn't help either. I know some people that are having a hard time at the moment with no sports or social life to fall back on at the moment.
Yeah you know the more I've thought about this I've realised it will have been because he won't have been able to train at all for whats coming up to 8 weeks now, I know that would've destroyed me mentally also. Add to that he makes a living out of his body and every single day he will have seen all the effort he put into building the huge amount of muscle he had being undone, it must have been soul destroying. Its a shame maybe he just couldn't have stepped back and said to himself that all his competitors are in the same boat also - maybe he was worried about losing contracts and providing for his family etc.
