Here's one of my favorite parts of the article. Ironically, the laws intended to suppress non-medical steroid use by banning physicians from prescribing steroids for aesthetic reasons are the very basis upon which the black market steroid network has flourished. The underground labs targeted by Operation Cyber Juice largely exist because anti-steroid laws have subtracted physicians and pharmacists from the equation, cutting off the controlled source of legitimate supply.
Which of course sets the stage for the enterprising fountain of youth clinics to create a boutique market and help patients at a mere 700% markup. God bless their fat little hearts.
I think the atty was set up by le, so le could get info, while using him as bait. Attys pissed someone off and karma is coming around. I could be wrong, but with that much volume....and him not taking necessary precautions into play for the cash as well as inventory (other than a false wall), I'd say atty was under impression that he wasn't gonna get caught, then his ego became inflated.....and jealousy sets in by other people that shouldn't know your business
Fucking A man. Great post and read. Guy lost everything, his house, his state attorneys license, cash, and freedom. The most interesting part of the article was
" The case was also part of Operation Cyber Juice, a nationwide initiative targeting domestic and international steroid trafficking organizations. Agencies involved in this investigation included the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the Turlock Police Department and the Modesto Police Department."
Operation Cyber Juice.....Classic name.....btw if the police are all busting these sources, who is sourcing these juiced up cops?
It's funny the statement about the juiced up cops I should make a forum and I'll make this as short as I can but where I live there was a doctor that was working with a a pharmacy and buying bulk steroids and bring them to his office to do injections there right....so it started out as this doctor dies and was super young and was taking stuff but he had major heart issue before he was a fat unhealthy doctor till he took a course in try and hrt meanwhile his other practice was shit so he decided to open a clinic so he starts using him self, he brings in a few clients those clients bring in a CPL cops he finds some bullshit excuse to put them on so those cops tell more cops those cops tell the fire departments the fire departments tell correctional officer from all the jails, hold on it gets better so the doctor dies as they are reporting on the doctors death the reporters see the cops acting susious and whispering and acting werid and freaking out so back at the station all the cops are going nuts do where there gunna get there juice so one reporter offices a clean copy money and he spills the beans about all of the departments so the reporter request all the doctors patient list turns out all 500 of his patients are cops fire departments correctional officer security officers that carry the front cover of the paper they plaster the biggest fuckin detective, the literal the paper put all of there names I believe if it was there names it would name the station and how many were on from that station or department and so on it just went on and on all up and down the Eastern sea board it was funny then they pulled the record on the cops a bunch had compliants of misconduct of excessive force assults all kinds of anger shit now I don't think it was the juice but added to the already bravada they have as cops.... Then the whole fucking thing just disappeared and was sweep under the rug none of the cops or any of them got in any trouble nothing meanwhile all the doctors reports were bullshit bogus made up charts of why they needed up trt meanwhile all they would do is show up with cash 500$ and under the nurse took care of that 1000$ and up the doctor took care of that haha it's funny it's fine for them all but a big deal for us anyone that do t believe me look it up happens on the East coast of us doctor that died was super young his practice went from shit to exploded he went from a Honda to a Mercedes then to a new Benz then Audi then BMW went from a lil shit small house to a million dollar home in a year and attended all the exorts his heart could handle with Viagra he actually opened the clinic because he started to use gear and hgh and var and hcg all the good pharmacy grade stuff he dropped thirty or more pounds and transformed into what he said he always wanted to be like said he always wanted to have a six pack and look good and this did it for him and that's what made him open or give him the idea for his clinic then a year and a half later he died from a massive heart attack that he had a heart condition since birth he knew about but didnt care it said that he knew or had a feeling he was gunna die Young just so happens he was right but they say for four years he lived it up like a baller and went out on top of his game can't hate on him just shows you that they deff line there pockets on bust IDC what any of them say
Civil forfeiture allows police to seize — and then keep or sell — any property they allege is involved in a crime. Owners need not ever be arrested or convicted of a crime for their cash, cars, or even real estate to be taken away permanently by the government.
There has been a ton of busts in my neck of the woods lately. Shits getting real. Real close, too.
Little more info on the op and who's involved.

There will be some big police roaming around
Who did he snitch on to only get 9 months?
Federal armed trafficking and importation of a controlled substance. Shit he should be doing atleast 20yrs
For that quantity I would expect a lengthier sentence, someone's getting strung up.
RustyhookerDamn. What sucks is they never show good pix or name the brand.

I'm sure if they showed the brand name members would be running like hell from that source.
Good point...file for a motion of discovery...you know there are photographs taken...

Yeah, lots of familiar names at the end of that article, US Postal Inspection Services is the one I dislike seeing the most.

9 months isnt shit but losing the house and money sucks. Time wise he got off easy for all that gear.
Asset forfeiture is the biggest bullshit move. The government charges you then cripples you financially and calls that justice.
ClassyChassisWe know who the real criminals are.
Indeed.
