I'll be honest guys , I've sat back and watched this little group develop. I've got to say in my opinion it sets a bad example and a very negative atmosphere .

RustyhookerIt says winter took a dip badly. If you look at the month when the dip happened, it was after an old mod left. Last summer the site was at an super high level. So even with allegations of too much banning, it was at its peak. Strange data but something to definitely study.
Spring is always the peak season for the once a year cycles. Watching that link will be interesting.

A EllisYou can not look at a point of decline and think that was when the cause happened. It is possible the problem happened then but more than likely it was prior to that point. Very easy solution to make the numbers go up. One of the first things I would do is ask you to be a mod again. I have a perfect spot for you.

I agree that eroids has lost some of the fun it used to be when I first joined. But I also believe we are trying to remedy that (as much as we can anyway). I don't have all the answers and truthfully some of you guys make it difficult. Nitti can back me up when I say I was one of the voices standing up when things got crazy with Hollywood, I knew it could get me banned but I could see it bleeding the life from eroids. As much as some of you hate Noid that was the one thing he stressed to us is not to ban unless there is no other way.

There is no script for what we are doing and the fog around here is omnipresent. Nothing is ever clear, all we can do is go with what we got and make a decision .

We are using the judgement of one person in whom we all place out trust. Who's to say he has the integrity to make these decisions? I've seen people get banned with no explanation or no remorse but I personally would like if the integrity of ROID NOID be questioned.

^this is very true. Although I feel the newer mods are much more leniant and were more explanatory when it came to docking members points, the older mods would ban like it was going out of style. I've been called fan boy, nut hugger and all sorts of names for posting experiences on sources threads in regards to real life scenarios and using gear. People like goth, grrl and Nitti used to chime in and have fun. Even Viking was very professional and treated people with respect. I'm grew tired of those mods and getting docked points, meanwhile others did as they pleased. It's dicrimination one way or another and many people stayed away from this site because of those robocops. Hey they just cost sources money who pay for this entire place so it's not their loss. I'm glad to see new blood, but there is still one who needs to go.
