Post contest rebound into growth

ad
Default - Use Group's defaults.

I'm asking all the vets who have done many competitions.

Do you guys think taking advantage of that rebound effect and get that muscle growth. Obviously you just finished used a good amount of drugs for the show then jumping back on cycle to tissue growth? It's been proven (although probably no the best on your body) this time is great for tissue building.

Or do you guys give your body a break as allow your receptors and body to relax and recover ? Please give me your thoughts or experiences!

Hey mate. In the past I have generally gone off completely to allow to body to repair and get healthy again. The whole comp routine is quite stressful on your body as well as the mind. One thing people don't talk about is the post comp blues. It's easy to fall into that state. Some worse than others. I have only had it very mildly. It is mainly from your whole focus has been on that one day. Everything is leading up to it and then the comp happens and then what. If you are prepared for it and aware then it's much easier to manage. I got a bit off track there just alerting you to something else to consider. I would personally have a break. You will come back recharged and ready to go again. If your diet had been worked out correctly you should still be growing while dieting and not loose size at all.
