Helloooo to ALL!!! Smile

I Hope everyone is keeping well as we progress into Autumn, things have quickly progressed into rain and darker nights in the UK as usual Lol

So the season is upon us to get back into the dark, chilly nights of training in preparation for next Summers pussy magnet body!!

I have also just let in over 100 new members to the Group who I didn't realise had been waiting for several weeks Shok

So New Guys - It would be great to hear from some of you if you want to share a little about how you found this group and your recovery timeline, don't be shy everyone in here is super friendly and keen to hear your stories.

Perhaps you are going through a tough time and just want to vent or are currently resting up because of injury.

July 7th 1998 I sat on my living room couch about to suck down my 15th beer of the day when my then 6 year old son walks up to me and says “I want to be drunk like my dad”, talk about sobering! I never had a drink after that again. In hindsight it was easy to stop drinking but I wouldn’t realize till I fought a much harder battle years later that I never stopped being an addict. I would later gain a bunch of weight and stop taking care of myself and balloon up to 320 pounds, my knees and back would kill me and I would discover. Vicodin. It felt amazing! Not only did my physical pain disappear but so did the undiagnosed depression. Taking those pills was the only time I felt normal. I became what I looked down on, a dope fiend! I was what you would call functional. I always had cash and a plug at corrupt clinics to stab off withdrawals so nobody would have ever known, but I was barely hanging on. I’m going to skip some things or I would be typing for days. I had a great job a great wife and family and I thank God I didn’t lose them. I walked in therapy which led me into rehabilitation and I’ve been sober for 9 years now. Whatever battles you fight just know that you aren’t alone!

About 2 months shy of being sober for 2 years!!!! Also getting that surgery on the 23rd this month. Shit is stressful. I also have 2 dogs now and these pups tore up my bench! But I still love those little fuckers lol

MATE - that's BRILLIANT News on Both fronts. More so on the surgery as I was getting worried you were never gonna get that sorted Smile How long will you be laid up for afterwards recovering from it? They actually managed to tear apart your bench???!! LMAO What the hell are they??

Doc said 4-6 weeks recovery. Which is crazy bc the other hospital said 3months. At the first hospital it was also going to be open surgery, this new doc isn’t going to do that unless necessary. Surgery is between 4-6hrs.

I have no idea but I was pissed. I also caught these fucks chewing on 1inch nails! I still don’t know how they are getting them. The male I have we thought was a toy terrier but turns out he is a basenji. His sibling look 100% like toy terriers. Apparently pups can have 2 different dads and the mom was a stray. The female I have is some type of pit mix. She looks like a blue nose pit but she is very small. Most people think she is a blue nose pup but she is slightly over a year. First and second time I’ve gone to Petsmart and they had an adoption event I ended up getting a dog. Now I don’t go on sundays lmao. Once I buy a house tho I’m getting an xl bully or a cane corso.

Looking at maybe getting a competition bench and later down the line an adjustable bench. I also need to get a pulley system for my rack. Everything I do is free weights but I feel the need to throw shit into the mix to spice things up.

I must say when I got my competition bench I could immediately tell the difference in width and the lower setting of it. This was some years ago now though and you can get much better ones now where they have a proper grippy surface to them that you can really wedge your upper back into.

HAHAHA Chewing up nails!!! At least they will have no problems with burglars ankles LMAO They day of surgery will be a breeze mate - its the first few weeks after that you will just have to suck up and endure, they were the worst for me pain and mobility wise plus feeling a little head fucked for a few days after the general anaesthetic. At last its getting done though mate - can't be going through sepsis again.
