Seeking 1st Cycle Diet Advice

Default - Use Group's defaults.
I am currently eating:
6 eggs, cereal, multivitamin >> breakfast
8 oz chicken, can green beans, 1 cup rice >>> next 3 meals
8oz hamburger 85% lean, baked potato >>> dinner
2 scoops whey in 10oz MF milk, multivitamin >>>post workout
8oz chicken >>> before bed
I usually have 1 scoop whey 10oz NF milk once or twice per day in addition to diet above
Anything I should add, remove, or adjust?

Carbs: Breakfast >> Frosted Flakes, NF milk
next 3 meals >> 1 cup white rice
dinner >> large baked potato rest of diet listed above
post workout >> 10oz NF milk
switch the flakes for oatmeal.. switch the white rice for brown rice..
Noticed I am getting much better pumps. Thanks! I am using the flavored oatmeal, 2 packs. I am not worried about the sugar since I am trying to bulk up and besides its breakfast. The rice I went to 2 cups of brown instead of one cup of white. Noticed muscles much fuller throughout the day and feel better overall if that makes sense. Oh and the scale is moving again. You rock!!

bf 15%; got down to 9% at 218lbs last summer
Would like to get to 260 this cycle. Pretty confident I will. 1st cycle in 15 years. Ate 20mg of dbol for 6 weeks back in college. After this I plan to take 4-5 months natural and then do one more bulking cycle. Then 4-5 months natural and then do a cutting diet and cycle. Based on how big I get I would like to compete either masters bb or physique.
Just not sure if I am eating enough carbs. I do tend to add bf quickly when I increase my carbs. Train after dinner.

What are your stats and goals bro?
Also whats his bf running gear with high bf isnt good.
