Need diet help!

I'm 4 weeks into my cycle. 630 mg per week of Test C / P. I am going for a clean bulk, so I'd rather gain less weight but have it be quality weight. I am 37 y.o., 6'1", 162 lbs start of cycle, 168 lbs current (30 days into cycle). I have a very active job that I know burns a good deal of calories and I have trouble stuffing my face all the time, especially with carbs. They're the toughest for me to cram down my throat! Could anyone help me with some sample inexpensive meals and foods that I would help me add more carbs to my diet?

I use a calorie counting app on my phone and I take in about 3200 cals a day. Macros are 40 carb/30 protein/30 fat.

Please help! My goals are to gain 10 lbs and keep most of it at the end of this cycle. You can check out my profile to see my cycle and progress pics. Thanks!

So, today was a weight training day and I took in 440 grams carbs (166g sugar), 329 grams protein and 99 grams fat. BTW, just since adding in 1 scoop of Serious Mass gainer I've noticed a difference in my physique (been taking 1 scoop a day for 6 days). I'll give you a weigh in on Sunday.

Thanks to everyone for the input. Keep it coming! As GRRRL said, I think I will try to change up my macros and eat more protein! I'm going to go for 20 oz of chicken a day plus everything else I eat. What is everyone's opinion/experience with regards to eggs? I eat 2 hard boiled eggs in the AM plus 1 egg white. Do you all think I can double that? Eggs are easy to munch down and eat on the go, and I'm on the go a lot.

Here's a shake I use to add calories into my day... Plain INSTANT oats (2 scoops ) with a scoop of protein powder, ground flax, skim milk. Throw it in a blender bottle and slug it down. It's not that bad tasting... It tastes like whatever flavor your protein is. Quick, easy, cals.

sweet potatoes.. plain oatmeal .. I m looking for a post for you that SgtStedanko wrote with some excellent diet choices..

also, as you are trying for a clean bulk .. I m not sure I d suggest a bunch of carbs.. and would have you consider upping the calories to 4k and switching the ration to 40 protein/ 30carbs/30 fats..

I'm not much of a fish fan (i do eat my canned tuna), but I eat chicken every day and do throw in red meat (steak or burger) a few times a week. Potatoes on the other hand...I hate them unless they have sour cream and cheese! I do eat pasta and rice but need to eat more carbs i know, it's just so tough, especially in the summer when it's hot outside.

try roasted baby potatoes/red potatoes for a different flavor, also sweet potatoes are excellent for the body

oatmeal is great for carbs, i typically throw a cup and a half into a blender with 2 cups of milk and 2 scoops of protein powder.
