Looking for a Spring cut diet.

Default - Use Group's defaults.
Heres my current bulking diet.
Meal 1 : 1 Scoop Weight Gainer, 1 Cup Oatmeal
Meal 2: 6 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 cups brown rice, veggies
Meal 3: 12oz chicken breast, 2 cup brown rice, veggies
Meal 4: 1 Scoop Weight Gainer
Meal 5: Tuna/Fish , 1 cup brown rice, veggies
Meal 6 : Cottage cheese and 2 spoons peanut butter, casein shake
5'9 at 175 pounds
Looking to keep as much mass as possible while cutting

r u guna be running a cycle or not? do cardio 15-30 min a day at slow pace. raise protein to 200g and keep carbs around 100g and eat plenty 40 - 50g unsaturated fat. keep calories around 1700.
Try this
meal 1 : eggs with milk
meal 2 : peanut butter sandwich
meal 3 : chicken breast w/ grilled onions and grilled vegetables
meal 4 : almonds w/ a salad
meal 5 : lean protien shake
meal 6 : Steak
meal 7 : black or pinto beans
adjust the calories and grams with the food and serving. the whole point of this is to maintain while ur cardio and exercise will make u lose calories.
u ll lose fat slowly but u wont lose muscles. this is a safe way to make sure of it
i might do a low cruise of test to maintain my gains. do you think if i did a ketosis diet i will lose too much? high protein and fat diet
it depends on how much fat u got on u, i assumed that ur a hard gainer since u were taking weight gainers. yes test @ 500mg E for 12 weeks would be good with this which mean u can go a little harder on cardio. because steroids wont burn fat but they will help u keep more muscle
