Lean Bulk/Gain Diet

Default - Use Group's defaults.

Currently 210lbs BF% of 10-12. I'm looking to gain as much lean body mass (10+lbs) I can for the Spring EBC Recomp. I have started Carb Cycling and my week look like this:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:
Carbs .5-1 grams per pound of body weight
Protein 1.5-2 grams per pound
Fats .5-1 grams per pound

Wednesday: Medium carb day
Carbs 1-1.5 grams per pound of body weight
Protein 1.5-2 grams per pound
Fat .5 grams per pound

Saturday: High carb day
Carbs 2-3 grams per pound of body weight
Protein 1-1.5 grams per pound
Fat .5 or less grams per pound

My off days fall on low carb days and in that case that day becomes a trace carb day, goal no direct carb source only vegetables, protein and fat.

Big muscle groups are worked out on my medium and high carb days or the day after.
Small muscle groups are worked on low carb days.

@Irsalt54 hey homie,are you on a cycle for this diet? @XvBeast would you recommend 50-75g carbs post workout to replenish glycogen(low carb days) I usually do one scoop 100% whey isolate,1/2 cup grape juice,1/2cup oats,cup unsweetened almond milk,1/4cup fat free plain Greek yogurt and 2 kre alkalyn tabs. Sounds perfect or no? Thanks in advance fellas

Increase protein intake to 2.2 g per lb. and calories to 4000. And increase carbs , take most carbs before the gym. As long as u burn them u ll be fine.

Should I bump carbs to 1-1.5grams on low days and 1.5-2grams on mediums days?
