Help with diet!!!!!

Default - Use Group's defaults.

5'10" 210lbs Not sure of body fat.

Coming back into lifting after a few major injuries and want to bulk up. Getting ready to start my first cycle. I have trouble eating all of the calories that I need to maximize my gains. Is using mass building protein powders a good way to try and help make up the nutritional difference and get the extra calories that I need or will that just be a waste of money? Any suggestions on what to eat or how to cram all the calories I need?

I work out first thing in the morning then drink one shake, Carnivor Mass, it has 50 g. of protein and 125 grams of carbs with 1 cup of maltodextrin, mixed with water.

hour later 6 eggs couple toast, white bread
next meal 3oz chicken and 1 cup brown rice
next meal 3oz chicken and 1 cup brown rice
next meal 4oz beef, 80-20, have to have some flavor, and 1 sweet potato
next meal 6oz beef and cup rice and 1 cup, mixed with water, maltodextrin
next meal 3oz chicken and 1 cup brown rice
right before bed a couple of big scoops of peanut butter for fat intake to feed muscles overnight.

This is what I shoot for but fall short in the middle or at the end. If I could put a shake of two in there, if they are worth it, I could get all the protein and carbs I need. Or if you could suggest some lighter foods that still pack a punch I would appreciate it.
