Dialing in diet

Default - Use Group's defaults.

Never really put in the time or energy to maximize my diet. Always have made good gains but carry too much BF. Eroids has provided so much info and I am thankful for that. Just starting out new diet, basically 70/10/20 with 1.5 grams protein per lb per day. Very excited to see results! This is a shot of some filets for dinner tonight and some tilapia and chicken for snacks while I am working the next 2 days. Stats are 5'10" 222lbs at about 17% BF.
