I'm currently 5/7 185 pounds , not sure my bf percent but I was outa the gym for awhile and have been working hard these last 3 months . I order dragon pharm cut long which is 100 mg test, 100 mg tren and 100 mg mast .Id like to drop body fat and put on some lean size. Can some one give me a run down on a good diet so I can compare it to what I have planned.been doing keto
