I think you should be shotting for 300g (1200 cals) of protein and 90g (810 cals) of fat. This would put you at 2010 calories. 75g more of carbs would put you at 2300 ish.

XvBeast's picture

good advice but 300g of protein off cycle is way too much

XvBeast's picture

raise the fat and keep the carbs at 60. and dont eat carbs past 2pm

Even on training days?

XvBeast's picture

yes

So, would you say bump fat up to... 20? per meal. Split my 60 carbs up 30/30 between meal 1 and 2?

XvBeast's picture

yes, high fat and protein diet increases testosterone and muscles which is what u want

I've been nursing a few tweaks in my
Lower back and shoulder. And also holiday schedule with 2 children and a baby momma makes things extremely stressful and chaotic. I've been running my calories a bit high during this test period in hopes of revving up my metabolism. I've maintained around 13 bf. next week will be the start of 7%. No doubt

XvBeast's picture

running calories around 2000 - 2300 for maintenance is fine as long as u stay 200 lb , if u want to lose wieght then ur guna have to lower calories to 2000- 1800, w/ 6-7 meals a day , and 2.5 - 3 hours in between

last 4 weeks I have been off from the gym. I am looking to get back in, get a nice slow cut and lean up a bit before I start my cycle.

This will be my third cycle, and have it laid out already with gear in hand.

XvBeast's picture

if you want to get leaner then just eat healthy, and keep the carbs low and the proteins and fats high

what are your goals ?

Ignorance is bliss, what is RBM?

Cheatnnature's picture

That actually looks pretty spot on when it comes to macros. What is your rbm?
