Best exercises for ab thickness?

Default - Use Group's defaults.
I am in need of exercise advise for increasing ab thickness. My bf is low enough for definition, but I just don't have the ab muscles thick enough to push through my skin. What exercises would you recommend for adding thickness?

Incline sit-ups with a weight behind the head and hanging knee-ins with wt between the feet. At first I used dbell and would hold it behind the head. Now, I have a 25 and 35 lb weight each with a towel wrapped around and duct taped. A large dbell gets tough to hold. And a heavy plate is not fun directly against your head. The towel helps. I do these at home. The hanging weighted knee-ins at the gym. 3-4 sets of 12.
ABS NEED WEIGHT TO GROW.
waltrsit ups, crunches, decline sit ups, twists for obliques, leg raises, reverse crunches
just hold a plate to add weight, you might have to do something creative for adding weight to reverse crunches though
