6 wk diet
I am 1 wk into this diet. Ive been real good/ strick with this so far. This is all including 4-5 days hitting the weights and 5 days 40 min steady cardio. I am taking in 1.5-2 gal water a day. I am also aking T3/clen on this diet. I am currently 268lb, 17%bf. I have gained @ 3 lbs this week. I am guessing due to either TRT 200mg biwkly, or water weight. I am lifting heavy this first 4 seats of each body part, the higher reps after, to keep as much muscle and strength as possible. All carbs pretty much taken in before 2pm. All meals 2 1/2 to 3hr apart.
1 scoop whey/ water(upon waking)
-1hr later
6 eggs(only 2 whole/4 whites)
1/2 c. dry Quaker oats
1/3 c. 2% milk and ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. lean ground turkey or beef
1/2 c. brown rice
2 tblsp fresh chopped salsa
8oz chicken
sm/med red potatoe
1 c. broccoli
2 scoop whey/water
14 walnut halves
POST workout
2 scoop whey/ water
-1 hr later
8 oz. tilapia
large green salad (lite dressing olive oil based)
8 asparagus
1 c. cottage cheese
1-2 tblsp natural peanut butter
I'm taking minimal supplements: multi, potassium, taurine, yohimbine, fish oils 2x dly
thanks for any critique. So far so good, but too early to see much difference, only done wk 1.

more meat and protien. the protien shakes is good only if u dont have time to make meals, the protien shakes will not be absorbed fully, there fore its smarted to resort to natural foods. i would take out the protien shakes and add in real food with protien and veggies. if ur trying to keep ur muscles then make sure ur eating 1.5g of protien x bodyweight that will keep ur muscle and might add more on top
ThunderLightFingers crossed, sounds good your plan.
thanks, I'm starting to see a difference/ small but that fine. small improvements slowly are the one that last!
