Low Carb "VeggiePasta" Plate

This is good for you carnivores out there, don't let the veggie fool you, it's the pasta that's made form veggies. This is a pasta dish with fettuccine made from dried tomato and spinach, turkey sausage, ground turkey and Heart Healthy Spaghetti Sauce. I take one pound of ground turkey and one pound of turkey sausage and massage it together then flatten in skillet coated with olive oil spray. After about 5 minutes of med heat it will begin to have a patty consistency, using a spatula dice then turn until cooked. add Heart Healthy Sauce stir cool and bag into 4 portions refrigerate. This way you only have to boil the fettuccine and stir in refrigerated premade sauce, the latent heat from the noodles will heat the sauce. I've included pics of the ingredients i use with the exception of sauce, I prefer the Heart Healthy, you may want a different sauce or non at all for you shredders out there. I eat this 4 times a week for breakfast after early morning workouts, it can be hard on digestion if your coming from a fast, I just deal with it. Prep time is about 20 minutes for sauce, then about 10 minutes per plate after that. My portions are 6oz veggie pasta and 8 oz turkey meat and 4 oz sauce.

Thanks bro, it's pretty good, just make sure you count all your fat from the sauce, I'll be putting up one per week from now on on Sundays, glad you liked it.
