Taut muscle bands and trigger points; saline trigger point injections?

Hey everyone I had a question regarding taut muscle bands, trigger points, and remedies for it such as the saline injection treatment. I'm about a month into a sus cycle and my right scapula has a few myofascial neuromuscular trigger points that have grown very very painful. There's a taut band on the top, left, and right of my scapula as well as 3 or 4 mtps around it. Usually they're a bit more dormant but I think it may be because of the anabolic nature of the drugs that won't let the muscle break down at all, just my theory, seemed realistic enough. It has made almost anything involving arms unbearable, and I don't need this on top of my spinal arthritis, scoliosis, and hyperkyphosis. Of course, I don't want to just throw in the towel, stop working out and stop going to work, and just confine myself to the bed, nor do I want to abandon an expensive and otherwise productive cycle. So, I was wandering what other people here have done to combat myofascial trigger point and taut band spasms and overall pain. I was most curious if anyone has undergone trigger point saline injections, what the experience was like, and how, or if, it helped. Thanks for any reply!

Btw, have already done extensive massage therapy without noticeable difference and went very consistently (actually went to college for it), and I am objective to epidural nerve blocks being that's it pretty much malpractice and I have only heard bad outcomes for it (actually cost my cousin his life), with the exception of one person.

Between massage and stretching you may want to try some TB-500 =TB-500 it's a injectable peptide drug which is used to promote healing, enhance range of motion in cases of injury, or reduce pain, by reducing inflammation.

Have you personally used it or known anyone that has used it? If its basically an anti-inflammatory, how is it compared to aspirin or naproxen?

Okay decent. I've seen this peptide online before but never looked into the purpose of it. Thank you, ill go look at more info on it.
