Back rhomboid muscle spasms i have had cortisone shots and it came back dont want to go get those shost that wont work for long please help

You get them enough to where you need cortisone?? Sounds pretty serious, no vitamin/mineral deficiency?
How's your flexibility around check and back around?
Ever thought of seeing a chiropractor that works in deep tissue?

I did that because it was really tight...now muscle spasms occur just at work...i will see if i can find a chiropractor...no vitamin mineral problems either definitely was the winny i ran though

Most chiropractors won't do deep tissue be sure to find one that knows his stuff. My chiro rarely does any bone breaking on me anymore, now it's deep tissue torture but it works

Thanks for info brother now just been off my last cycle dont know what to do next i took 4 weeks off of heavy training
