Lost a vertebrae

Default - Use Group's defaults.
Suffered an IED related burst fracture of my L4 over in the sand box so I have a prosthetic there and fused 5-6 with rods going from 6-4 and a titanium screen around it all. Been doing rows by laying face down on bench and placing bar underneath to get some strain on those muscles, question is traps and glutes, afraid a pull down will cause too much stress and squats are out for good, any ideas would be helpful, thanks in advance.
