Def interested in this. 6 months post micro fracture knee surgery, looking to help speed up and recovery faster. This is a slow ass process at age 37 (almost 38).

Ok to elaborate a little bit....for the past 2 years i had been struggling with severe biceps tendinitis..over the course of those 2 years i received 4 cortisone injections from a well known orthopedic surgeon. Needless to say these never really cured the problem simply masked the pain while mildly decreasing inflammation. A few months ago a senior member who is no longer with us encouraged me to try out tb500. I researched a bit and found my ideal dosage based on my 230 lb frame to be roughly 8/mg week. I decided to push it and went with 10 mg/week split into 2 doses for the first 6 weeks. This was the frontloading period. Followed by a maintenance dose of anywhere from 2-5mg per MONTH. I have been on maintenance dose for a couple months now and my bicep tendinitis is completely gone...i noticed effects within the first 2 weeks and really had to focus on not pushing it too far since it felt so good. However these arent the only benefits!!! My endurance sky rocketed and i really got shredded up from the added cardio benefits! The cost is a bit on the high side but if you are in anywhere near the amount of pain i was then what does a few hundred bucks matter

I am with you big brother cost? what does pain cost and lost time at the gym? My wife has had some back issues we feel are muscle tendon related that just have not gotten better. Is this just a subq injection or site of pain injection? Great thread by the way.

Thanks man and yeah sub q injections...i did do one IM shot of it in my shoulder and it burned like all hell lol for your wife i would suggest a substantially smalller dose, probably 4-5 mg per week frontload with a 2mg maint dosage! Hope it works out for the both of you bro
