Wow Phill thats a heavy schedule. I am sure that you will be fine. I have done a schedule with not that many in a row but 3 comps and all were a week appart. I just carb depleted and loaded between each comp and that keept me in check and also allowed me to refine my carb up process for the main show to ensure I had it spot on. It also allowed my skin to really tighten up and thin out as well. Good luck buddy looking forwrd to hearing the results
Good luck big brotha! I'm very excited for you! Bring us home that pro card!!!
Goodluck Phil
are you on schedule to compete in premium shape?
I go the lean year round route nowadays so less work getting comp ready and less stress on the body
phil113kgYes, I'm not too far off from my expected goal.
good luck bro
Good luck Phil!
Mine will be July and August. Need more size first!
phil113kgFocus strictly on that and you will achieve it. You've got all the pieces of the puzzle. Here's a suggestion; take a look at last year's NPC shows, the one's you are interested in, look at the field of competition within your group and you will have an idea of what you need to do.
Luck to you!!! Beginning of your schedule looks similar to mine!!
Hell ya brother love to see master guys looking polished and peaked!
phil113kgWill have it both, I promise you. I will need help on maintaining my condition for the duration of the time. Any advice is helpful.
That's a hell of a schedule! Looking forward to hearing your experience as you progress thru this
Phil,
Im very interested in how you maintain comp condition over a period of time plz keep us posted thnx bro
phil113kgMe too lol. I will have to hold my condition without wavering. That will be a challenge in itself. So it is a trial a error lesson once again.
